When Summer is Sizzles
Cool Off
  Pink Lemonade
6 cups water
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
boil over high heat
remove from heat, cover, rest 10 min.
Puree 4 cups chopped watermelon in a blender with 1 cup water
Pour syrup and watermelon puree through a strainer into pitcher
Stir in 2 cups lemon juice
Serve over ice
makes 12 servings

SAUTE
6 MED.WHITE ONOINS FINALLY CHOPPED
6 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
STIR IN 1/2 CUP LIQUID SMOKE
1 CUP MOLASSES
(OPT.) 2 tsp. CAYANNE PEPPER
1 CUP BROWN SUGER
1/2 CUP YELLOW MUSTARD
1/2 LIGHT OLIVE OIL
1 CUP CIDER VINGER
3 CUP CATSUP
SIMMER SAUCE UNTIL THICK OVER MED. HEAT
THEN ON LOW FOR TEN MINUTES
COOL IN FIDGE STIRRING EVERY 30 MINUTES
WHEN COOLED REST IN FRIDGE FOR 2 DAYS STIRING OCASSIONALLY 
MARINATE MEAT AS DESIRRED 
COWBOY BAKED BEANS 
IN A DEAP DISH BAKING PAN
 STIR PORK AND BEANS INTO SAUCE TO CREATE AMOUNT DESIRED
COVER TOP OF BEANS WITH THICK STRIPS OF SUGER CURED BACON
PLACE IN 350 DEGREE OVEN UNTIL BACON IS CRISPY
